Not gonna lie, I was expecting parking near Steppenwolf to be a headache, but it ended up being totally fine. I found a spot close by, had a quick walk to the theater, and getting out afterward wasn’t a hassle either.

I got my subscription through Steppenwolf it was mostly a smooth process. Picking dates and seats worked fine for me, even though I did have to click around a little before I understood where everything was. I don’t think it was some huge problem or anything, just not super obvious at first. The emails came through, my tickets showed up like they were supposed to, and I like not having to think about planning each show later. I’m taking off one star because the account area could definitely be clearer, but overall I’m happy with it...

The exchange process was actually easy, which was a nice surprise. That said, the refund policy feels a bit strict, almost like they’re generous as long as you don’t actually want your money back.

The site is simple enough to use, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. If you already go to a couple shows a year, the membership makes sense, though I do hope they keep adding perks or maybe offer a little credit or discount along the way to make it feel even more worthwhile.

The acting felt really natural, which makes a big difference. When the performances are believable, it’s just easier to get into the story, and this one worked for me. I really enjoyed it.

Had a really good night at Steppenwolf. the seats were more comfortable than I expected, especially for a longer show. There was enough leg room too, which makes a big difference because, common sense, nobody wants to sit through a whole performance feeling cramped. I didn’t leave sore or uncomfortable at all. I liked the mix overall. Some of the plays definitely stuck with me more than others, and a couple were kind of just... fine, I guess. But as a whole, it was still a good collection and worth checking out...
